Hey Guys,
I just want to start a post and hear your comments on the Bible study thus far. All of you have really blessed me every week with your openness and honesty with each other about the issues of life that we all face each day. God has really been moving in a unique way in our classes. I want you to invite people to the class because we are the generation of today and according to the prophecy that went forth from the Prophet Joel in the Old Testament and then reinstated by Paul in Acts of the New Testament that, " In the Last days saith God I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:". That is powerful and encouraging to know that we are the generation that will do mighty things for Him. Now what I have been teaching over the last few months in the Bible studies is that distractions and temptations are going to come and will try to destroy us but as Christians and even just as people we need to decide that Holiness, Righteousness, Faithfulness and Brokenness and Godly wisdom is what we long for. God has great things in store for all of you but the devil wants to kill your dreams while God is trying to fulfill His dreams in your life so we need to make sure that we know how to overcome them which through prayer, reading the Word of God and allowing the battle to be God's because the battle is much better off in the hands of God.
What are your thoughts on having Godly Wisdom to be an overcomer?
What are your thoughts about the past Bible Studies that we have had?
I appreciate all of you for coming to the class ready to give insight and interaction about the things that we have to know in order to live life without falling to the destractions.

well anyway.. i first want to say im happy that we were able to start the class back up and im so happy to see the direction that its heading in.. i have truely been blessed by the classes that we've had..
as for the question.. i believe we are always going to need Gods wisdom.. i know that without it we are nothing and can do nothing.. We need to adhear to his word and keep our eyes and ears open to what he has to say to us.. and to our hearts.. we need to pray that God continuely leads us on the right path and continues to speak to us.. Keep him near to you and hes always keeping us near to him..
I agree that the classes are definitely heading in the right direction. It is awesome to see a group of people that can come in and talk about Christ with no boundaries and no limits. It is so awesome to be able to have freedom to worship and live for God. I have learned more about everyone and have felt a unity being built more and more everytime that we come together. That is awesome because God wants us to be in unity according to Psalm 133:1 when it says, "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!". I believe that really the best is yet to come for our church and every ministry connected to the church and vision of the church which is, "Every member is a Minister". We have to remember to fulfill the great commission which is to go out into all the world and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Amen!!!!!!!
Hello MY College & Career Buddies lol miss you guys so much Hope fully my wonderful hubby had told the C-C (college & Career) girls that Soon I would really love to start a bible study! I will keep you guys posted!
As for the Question:
The first scripture that comes to mind is Whoever is wise, let him understand these things; whoever is discerning, let him know them; for the ways of the LORD are right, and the upright walk in them, but transgressors stumble in them. -Hosea 14:9
Wisdom is very vital to are every day walk with Christ Wisdom give us peace with out understanding wisdom is the Very foundation of our life's and the basis in which the rest or Spiritual House (ourselves will be built on. Godly wisdom to me is the Substance, nourishment & food for our bodies.
I haven't been in the classes due to Lay leadership but since I have been in the class college & career has blessed me so much mostly because of the connection that we all have with each other and the atmosphere that we have in class. I still hold dear most of the Testimonies that you guys have said and I thank God every day that God has brought is this far by Faith!!!
